This Service is an independent, third-party exam preparation tool that provides practice questions, mock exams, and study aids for cloud certification exams including AWS Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900). This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or Microsoft Corporation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Service — including questions, explanations, mnemonics, and software — is the original work of Jack and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

4. Trademark Notice

"AWS," "Amazon Web Services," and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. "Azure," "Microsoft," and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. This Service uses these terms solely to identify the subject matter of its study materials. No affiliation with or endorsement by Amazon or Microsoft is implied.

5. License to Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the Service. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your access or any content from the Service.

6. Free Tier

The Service offers a limited free tier (5 questions per day, 2 topics). The free tier is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. No Guarantee of Exam Results

This Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or any other exam. Exam content, format, and passing scores are determined solely by the respective certification vendors.

8. Refunds

Purchases are processed through Stripe. If you don't pass your certification exam, you get a full refund — no questions asked. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have expressly consented to the performance beginning immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Contact us if you experience any issues with your purchase.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
