The Service offers three purchase options:
All purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your access or any content from the Service. Subscriptions continue until canceled; you may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us, and your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
The Service offers a limited free tier (daily practice question allotment and chapter-one sample of each study guide). The free tier is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
This Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any certification exam. Exam content, format, and passing scores are determined solely by the respective certification vendors.
All sales are final and no refunds are offered for any purchase (subscription or one-time). You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, and access remains until the period ends. Single-certification purchases grant lifetime access and are non-refundable. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have expressly consented to the performance beginning immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
